Sie hat das Ziel, die Schülerinnen und Schüler zum Abitur zu führen. Sie gliedert sich in eine einjährige Einführungsphase (Jahrgangsstufe 11) mit einer Zulassung zur zweijährigen Qualifikationsphase (Halbjahre 11.2, 12.1, 12.2 und 13), in der die Qualifikation zum Erreichen des Abiturs erworben wird.
